In order to improve the professional practical skills of international law students, provide professional experience opportunities for everyone, promote exchanges between students of all grades, and showcase the outstanding demeanor of international students in the law school. A moot court competition is now being held, and the notice is as follows:
1. Participants
International students in law school, including undergraduates and postgraduates.
2. Competition content
Simulate a fictitious case in the International Criminal Court. Students act as judges, accusers, and defendants in court trials. According to the case introduction, the students consult relevant laws and regulations, state the reasons of all parties according to the prescribed procedures, and conduct court debates. The judge presides over the trial and makes a mock judgment based on the statements of both sides. This fictitious case involves issues such as disputes and wars between countries. The content of the specific case will be announced after the students sign up.
3. Registration method

Deadline for registration: November 26 (Friday) at 5 pm.
4. Matches
International students will conduct 4 mock court trials. The judges will select the best group, and then have a trial debate with Chinese students.
Competition time: mid-December, specific to be determined.
5. Reward method
Several awards for outstanding teams and outstanding individuals were evaluated, and certificates, medals, and prizes were awarded.
